A graduate of Kansas State University Architectural Engineering Program, lead project manager and Principal, Nathan Riley has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and over 17 years providing MEP design services.  Nathan leads the team and can effectively support a variety of project types including; small and large/multi-story hospitality and multi-family housing, educational facilities, automotive repair garages and dealerships, as well as general office/business type projects.  Skilled in mechanical and electrical design, he brings solutions to the project team and manages the design process as a whole.  Nathan can produce accurate cost estimates for each phase of design work and is actively involved from schematic design through construction administration.  Whether in a project management or design engineer role, Nathan addresses final building usage from the owner and occupant’s perspective into his MEP designs.

Occupant comfort and building maintenance/usage is considered into every design decision.  Nathan brings innovation and creativity along with cost awareness to his projects with knowledge of both up-front construction costs and long-term maintenance and utility costs.   Nathan understands that his creative designs must not be overshadowed by the importance of maintaining life safety and building code requirements, which is his most important job.
